Relevance:

The project to organize the production of a multifunctional installation for electrolytic-plasma processing of materials is relevant due to the growing need of the industry for effective technologies for hardening, chemical-thermal treatment and polishing of metal products. The development makes it possible to replace imported equipment, increase the service life of parts and introduce domestic scientific solutions into production.


Target:

To organize the production of a multifunctional installation for electrolyte-plasma processing of materials


Expectation:

It is expected that as a result of the project, the serial production of multifunctional installations for electrolyte-plasma processing of materials will be established with the necessary permits, licenses and certification. The project will ensure access to full production capacity, product promotion in the Kazakh market and the formation of a strategic framework for the sustainable development of the enterprise until 2030.


Result:

Within the framework of the project, a universal installation for electrolyte-plasma processing of materials was developed and manufactured, providing three types of processing — surface hardening, chemical-thermal treatment and polishing, with hardness reaching up to 70 HRC and improved wear and corrosion resistance. The effectiveness of the technology is confirmed by the results of R&D, and the development itself is protected by the patent of the Republic of Kazakhstan №. 5354 and registered in the National Research and Development Center, which confirms its scientific novelty and practical significance.
