Graduates of the university met with representatives of legal services to clarify the provision that the students who study on a grant basis will be required to work for three years by specialty.
About two hundred students of pedagogical specialties had the opportunity to ask questions and listen to experts in legal sphere about the changes that were made to the Law on Education this year in the assembly hall of Shakarim campus.
It is clearly written that students who study on a grant basis, who decide to become doctors or teachers will be required to work for three years by their specialty in state bodies after graduating from the university. And in case of failure to fulfill the duty to work, the student is obliged to reimburse the expenses incurred by the budget for his training.
The head of the Department for execution of judicial acts of the Department of Justice, senior prosecutor of the department for supervision of legality of rights and public interests, Deputy Head of the Department of Justice as well as the head of the Recruiting Center of applicants and employment of graduates of the University of Shakarim explained changes and answered to students’ questions.
As noted by speakers, vacancies, distribution, referral to work and subsequent employment are made through interaction of higher education institutions, local executive bodies, employers and graduates themselves.
