- organization of office work, proper accounting of incoming and outgoing correspondence;
- ensuring systematic control over the execution of official documents from the highest authorities, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as collegial decisions and appeals from citizens;
- control over the execution of documents on time (checking the correctness of execution and direction, availability of applications, etc.);
- development of the nomenclature of university affairs together with the heads of structural divisions;
- registration, accounting and distribution of organizational and administrative documents in the "e-Otinish", "EPVO" system, control over execution;
- organization of the review of incoming documents and delivery to management on the day of their receipt;
- compliance with the procedure for preparing and processing outgoing correspondence;
- ensuring the operation of the archive, maintaining reception, accounting, storage and use of documents in accordance with the established procedure;
- issuance of archival certificates, copies of archival documents or archival extracts;
- digitization of the alumni database, archived data;
- participation in the development and implementation of new technological processes for working with documents;
- ensuring proper access to documents and the use of information contained therein;
- keeping records of official letterhead products, monitoring their use and storage;
- correct registration and printing of official letters on the university's letterhead;
- sending official papers, packages, letters, books, etc. to other organizations by the postal service.
