The Psychological Support Service and the senior lecturer of the Department of Psychology Tursungozhinova G.S., and Zamvngvlieva M.Zh. held a joint training for students of the Higher School of Natural Sciences. 🌿 on the topic: "Stress Management. My Learning Resources" The purpose of the training: to teach students methods of effective stress management and help them properly manage personal resources in the learning process.
During the training:
- Learned to identify the main causes and symptoms of stress;
- Studied ways to manage and relieve stress;
- Learned ways to self-regulate and maintain motivation during studies;
- Developed the ability to effectively manage personal resources (time, energy, emotions);
- Regulation of emotions and positive thinking;
- Breathing and relaxation exercises;
- Learned how to determine your stress level
Group exercises and games gave students a positive attitude.
