• citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• persons of Kazakh nationality who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• foreigners.

Admission to training is carried out based on the results of competitive selection within the framework of:

• state educational order (grant)*;
• paid educational services of the Company at the expense of individuals (paid)**.

*Free training on state educational orders, if training is carried out for the first time in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Education».

**Paid training is carried out on a competitive basis based on the results of a competitive selection. The amount and procedure for payment are established in accordance with regulatory legal acts and the agreement on the provision of educational services.

Individuals of Kazakh Nationality who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1. Application for admission in electronic or paper format.
2. Electronic copy or paper version of the passport or ID of the foreign citizen, with a notarized translation.
3. Certificate of Kazakh nationality (a special certificate for citizens of Mongolia, a civil certificate for citizens of China), electronic copy or paper version with a notarized translation.
4. Electronic copy or paper version of the educational document and its supplement, along with a scanned notarized translation, including the translation of the stamp (if the document is entirely in a foreign language).

Note: When registering electronically, the application must be sent via email along with other documents. The application should be printed, filled out by hand, and scanned. Each document must be scanned as a separate file, saved in PDF format with an appropriate name, and sent to the specified email in a single message (e.g., certificate of Kazakh nationality, passport, etc.).

Document submission for the interview: August 5 - September 5

Documents are accepted online in electronic form. Applicants need to attach all the required documents and send them in a single email to foundation@shakarim.kz.

If it is not possible to submit documents electronically, they can be submitted in the traditional paper format (offline) at the following address:
city of Semey, 1 Kashagan street, academic building No. 3, office 206.

If the submitted documents comply with the requirements, a "Accepted" notification will be sent to the applicant's registered email address within three (3) working days from the date of registration.

If the documents do not meet the requirements, a notification of rejection will be sent to the applicant. Upon receiving the rejection notice, the applicant can correct the issues and resubmit the documents for registration to participate in the selection process until September 5.

The entrance exam, conducted on a competitive basis, will take place either offline or online via Zoom in the form of an interview from September 10 to September 15.
