Procedure for settlement in dormitories of foreign citizens and citizens of Kazakhstan residing outside Semey

• The application for residence in the dormitory is submitted through the website https://sdo.semgu.kz/login.php (upload the receipt of payment for residence in the dormitory to the application);
• The application must be signed by the dean of the faculty, the commandant of the dormitory, the head of the department of educational work and youth policy;
• The Head of the Department of Educational Work and Youth Policy issues a permission to move into the dormitory;
• The head of the Department of Educational Work and Youth Policy prepares a memo to the Vice-Rector for Social and Educational Work on the application;
• Within the framework of the memo, the vice-rector issues an order for the students to move into the dormitory.
• Occupancy in the dormitory is carried out at the beginning of the academic year.
