Minor «Journalism»

New media is understood as all types of traditional media, the content of which has been converted into digital form and can potentially be presented on the Internet. That is why today other common synonyms for the concept of "new media" are the terms "online media" and "network media" associated with the presentation of a media product in digitized form directly on the Internet. Knowledge and mastery of the basic characteristics of traditional and new types of journalism, taking into account the technical and technological foundations is a modern requirement.

To give the main characteristics of traditional and new types of journalism, to describe traditional and new media in temporal and qualitative aspects, to consider the substantive, technical and technological foundations of each type of journalism.

  • creates visualized materials that reflect the specifics of the media content, taking into account the type under study.
