Rules for awarding the scholarship of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1. The scholarship is awarded to students of full-time education (3rd year of the bachelor's degree, from the 2nd year of the master's degree) only with A, A- grades, both on state educational grant, and fee-paying basis.

Students  with lower grading are not awarded a scholarship.

2. The scholarship is awarded to the following categories of students:

a) Winners of republican and international olympiads, contests, sports competitions, festivals or authors of any innovations;

b) Authors of publications in collections of scientific papers, in republican and international scientific journals;

c) Active participants or members of research, confirmed by diplomas or certificates

d) Active Participants in social, cultural and sports activities in educational organizations.

Students must submit the following documents to the Dean's office:

• Application  for the competition;
• Transcript (signed and stamped);
• Documents confirming successful performance (diplomas or certificates);
• Copy of ID;
• Documents confirming benefits (orphans, disabled people, large families, etc.).
