Relevance:

In accordance with the national project for the development of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2021-2025, it is envisaged to create a competitive agro-industrial complex by increasing labor productivity two and a half times, doubling exports of agro-industrial products and providing socially important food products of domestic production.

One of the main directions of development of the food industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan is oil production. Currently, the oil and fat industry in the country is gaining popularity and developing. By 2030s, the sown areas of oilseed crops in Kazakhstan under the program of oil and fat industry development will amount to 2.36 million. 5 million hectares. it is planned to increase to hectares, as well as to increase the average yield from 10.5 c/ha to 14 c/ha. This program is developed jointly with the national program of agro-industrial complex development, the main operator of which is the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Also, the key factor of optimal development of oil production is the active realization of products, as the world demand for fat and protein products is growing, and the export potential of organic oil and fat products of Kazakhstan occupies a high place in the markets of Central Asia, Europe, Russia and China.


Target:

Improvement of the press by equipping it with a special mechanism of pressure regulation in order to increase the efficiency of safflower oil production.


Expectation:

In order to improve the efficiency of safflower oil production, the press equipment will be improved. The proposed pressing equipment is characterized by the fact that it is equipped with a special mechanism for regulating the pressure that is applied to the screw coils, and a rational way of effectively solving the problem of safflower oil production in the country is proposed. The proposed project is a continuation of the applicant's earlier scientific research. The data obtained will be of unique interest for the development of science in Kazakhstan, as well as lead to positive social and economic results. The project will publish 2 (two) articles in journals of the first three quartiles having at least 50 percentile CiteScore by impact factor in the Web of Science database or in the Scopus database. Four (4) articles will be published in domestic publications recommended by the CCSON of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 1 (one) patent for utility model will be obtained.


Result:
