- Commercialization of scientific projects: organizing technology transfer processes and implementing research results in production;
- Development and support of startup projects: ensuring coordination of startups at various stages of their development, including support at the prototyping stage and launching them on the market;
- Coordination of virtual laboratories: coordinating the work of virtual scientific and educational laboratories for students and employees of the University;
- Patent Science: providing consulting services on intellectual property protection and registration of patents for scientific and technical developments;
- Simulation laboratories: coordinating the work of simulation laboratories for modeling and testing various innovative solutions;
- Support and coordination of initiative projects for the design and assembly of small and medium-sized innovative equipment by students and employees of the University;
- Planning events to develop an innovative ecosystem: holding seminars, conferences and other events aimed at developing startups and innovations;
- Coordination of the work of all departments and employees involved in the process of developing and implementing innovative solutions;
- Participation in the search for partners for joint innovative projects and startups;
- Formation of a business incubator at the University to support entrepreneurial initiatives and start-up projects aimed at commercializing scientific developments and innovative solutions, including resources, mentoring and legal assistance, as well as interaction with investors.
