1. Organization of career guidance work at the university:
- informing graduates of schools in Semey and Abai region about the university and its educational programs;
- informing graduates of colleges in Semey and Abai region about the university and its educational programs;
- producing booklets, information leaflets, videos, and slides about educational programs;
- creating and organizing the work of social chats based on the selected educational programs and subjects chosen by school graduates;
- holding an Instagram contest among school graduates;
- organizing scientific projects and creative competitions for graduates of schools and colleges;
- initiating faculties to hold "open doors" days;
- initiating a subject Olympiad for high school students by departments;
- organizing career guidance work with graduates of schools in the regions participating in the "Serpin 2050" program;
- organizing business trips for mobile groups for the purpose of career guidance;
- conducting explanatory work on the procedure for admission to master's and doctoral studies;
- establishing contacts with school principals and class teachers of graduating classes.
2. Organize the work of the selection committee:
- approving the composition of the selection committee;
- providing the selection committee with the necessary technical and informational materials.
