The purpose of the psychological service is to preserve the psychological health of employees, teaching staff, create a favorable socio-psychological climate in the organization of education and psychological support for participants in the educational process.
For this purpose, for the staff of the department "Center for Strategic Planning and Analysis" of the university, the head of the "Student support center", Professor Sh.Satieva conducted a transformational game “Psychosomatics". During the transformational game, attention was paid to the problem of mental health. If the needs of employees are met, they form a positive attitude towards the organization and its goals. A favorable working environment is not just an organizational structure, it is the common experience of an employee with colleagues, direct supervisors-the basis for the formation of a corporate culture.
