A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Shakarim University and Ankara Social Sciences University to establish academic cooperation.

As part of his official visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Rector of Ankara Social Sciences University, Professor Dr. Musa Kazım Arıcan, paid a special visit to Shakarim University.

During the visit, Dr. Musa Kazım Arıcan held a meeting with representatives of Shakarim University. The parties discussed opportunities to strengthen collaboration between the institutions, preserve and promote the spiritual and cultural heritage of Turkic peoples, and train professionals in the fields of philology and pedagogy.

Special attention was given to academic and student exchange programs, as well as the implementation of joint projects aimed at promoting the spiritual values of the Kazakh-Turkic world.

As a result of the meeting, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Shakarim University and Ankara Social Sciences University. The document aims to strengthen bilateral partnership, support scientific and educational initiatives, and implement joint projects focused on fostering the cultural unity of the Turkic world.

Both sides expressed confidence that the signing of the MoU represents a significant step towards deepening spiritual ties and expanding cooperation between the universities. This agreement brings a fresh impetus to international academic collaboration and the promotion of higher education institutions on the global stage.
