The rector of Shakarim University, Duman Orynbekov, took part in the "Coffee Time in Library" event, organized by the library staff.

During the meeting, the library staff introduced the rector to the library’s collection, ongoing projects, and future plans.

At the event, the rector emphasized the importance of the library and noted that it should become an accessible and comfortable space for both students and faculty members. He also highlighted the need to improve the quality of library services, enhance additional opportunities for students, and approach library work with a fresh perspective while being ready for constant changes.

Discussions also touched upon expanding the library’s collection, developing digital resources, equipping the library with modern technologies to support the learning process, and creating more convenient conditions for students and faculty members.
