A Memorandum of Mutual Cooperation has been signed between Shakarim University of Semey and the State Forest Natural Reserve "Semey Ormany."

The important document, aimed at developing a partnership in the field of scientific education, was signed by the rector of Shakarim University, Duman Orynbekov, and the acting general director of the State Forest Natural Reserve "Semey Ormany," Anuarbek Bermagambetov.

The Memorandum of Cooperation covers joint personnel training, the creation of creative groups for the implementation of scientific programs and projects, and conducting research focused on ensuring the sustainable development of forestry. It also includes the development of joint scientific and technical programs and projects in various areas of forestry research and practical experimental work. Additionally, the document provides for university students to undergo industrial and academic internships at "Semey Ormany" and facilitates the employment of university graduates in the reserve’s structural divisions.

Within the framework of this Memorandum, both parties plan to deepen scientific research in the field of forestry and implement joint projects aimed at ensuring environmental sustainability.

It is evident that this agreement will contribute to improving the quality of educational and scientific research in the fields of forestry, ecology, and biology.
